Product Introduction

*The annealed wire is made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire rod, which is processed by high-quality low-carbon steel through drawing process, pickling and rust removal, high temperature annealing, hot galvanizing and cooling.

*The cold annealed wire is gradually plated with a metal appearance by a current in the plating tank, and the production speed is slow, but the plating layer is relatively uniform and thick, the color is relatively bright, and the corrosion resistance is not strong. Because of its good anti-corrosion performance, hot-dip galvanizing is often used in harsh environments, such as chemical equipment, petroleum processing, marine exploration, metal structures, power transmission, etc., of course, in agricultural fields such as pesticide sprinklers and greenhouses.
